Email questions regarding Teuthis may be sent to teuthis-help -at- ncsa -dot- uiuc -dot- edu. Please remember to indicate which version of Teuthis you are using. Also, it helps if you can enable verbose logging in your user preferences, then attach a small, representative sample of the log file to your email message.
Please keep in mind that our personnel available for support (ie., one assistant professor and a couple of graduate students) are extremely strapped for time. If your question can be answered by looking at the documentation or the FAQ, you will not receive a reply. Even if your question is reasonable we may not be able to respond immediately.
